In 2018 I adopted a 6 year old dog that I named Fozzie Bear, only to find out that he was actually about 11!  I knew my time with him would be limited so I cherished every day.  I soon learned that Fozzie would give me way more than I could ever give him. Not quite 2 years later, Fozzie passed, and in his passing I knew he came into my life to show me that senior dogs have so much to give, and give me my life's true passion.

Fozzie's mission is to give senior dog's a dignified life while they await their furever homes, and if they can't, then Fozzie's will be the place where they live out their golden years surrounded by love and care, a dignified life.  Secondarily Fozzie's will focus on educating the community about how much senior dog's really have to give and how we can benefit from their unconditional love and slower pace of life.
